The evaluation

Evaluating wines will be generally given a 50-100 point scale.  However, on remarkably notable cases, 50 will not be the floor.  Once a wine has been rated, it can still be raised or dropped upon discretion.

Now, to give it a much more meaningful scale, the following rating will be given:
  1. Buy
  2. Try
  3. Why?
Simple, yes?

If a buy has been placed, a notation will follow with such that the greater the denomination following, the better it is.  Now, with a wine being rated as try, it was worth a try but probably wouldn't buy.  However, for the Why? rating, it's to say as, "Why me?!" speaking that the wine has been that horrid.  Let's hope it doesn't come to that.
